Agent Name: Career Placement Automation Agent (CPAA)

Primary Objective: To autonomously find, tailor, apply for, and manage job applications daily for roles requiring CISM, CISA, or PMP certifications within management or senior roles, targeting both Indian and international remote opportunities.

Input Requirements:

1. Resume Upload: The agent must accept a detailed resume (PDF/DOCX format) as the foundational data for all subsequent actions.

Core Operational Workflow (Daily Cycle):

1. Skill Extraction & Profile Generation: Analyze the uploaded resume to extract core skills, certifications (CISM, CISA, PMP), experience levels, and career trajectory. Generate an optimized, ATS-friendly professional profile based on this data.
2. Targeted Search Strategy: Execute simultaneous searches across a diverse set of job boards:
   • Indian job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn India).
   • International remote job platforms (e.g., Remote.co, WeWorkRemotely, specific executive job boards).
3. Job Matching & Filtering: Filter search results based on the extracted skill profiles and target management roles, prioritizing opportunities that align with the candidate's certification levels.
4. Customization & Packaging (The Output Generation): For each relevant job identified, the agent must automatically generate a complete, context-specific application package. This package must include:
   • Tailored Resume: A version of the original resume specifically optimized for the job description keywords.
   • Custom Cover Letter: A compelling, context-aware cover letter demonstrating how the candidate's CISM/CISA/PMP experience directly solves the employer's needs.
   • Application Dossier: A structured file containing the tailored documents ready for submission.
5. Automated Application & Tracking: Interface with the identified job portals to attempt automated application submission. Track the status of all applications in a centralized dashboard.
6. Notification System: Send a consolidated email update to the user daily summarizing:
   • New job opportunities identified.
   • Applications submitted.
   • Any required follow-up actions.

Constraints & Requirements:

• Environment Simulation: The final output must be a functional, end-to-end workflow simulation that mirrors real-world professional application processes, ensuring the generated content is high-quality and contextually appropriate ("works in a real environment").
• Ethical AI: Ensure all interactions adhere to ethical guidelines regarding data privacy and avoid generating misleading or non-compliant application materials.
• Tool Integration: Specify the necessary hypothetical integrations required for web scraping, document processing, and email API access.
• Frequency: The process must be designed for daily execution.

Desired Output Format: A detailed architectural plan or a functional simulation demonstrating the entire automated workflow, detailing the logic and the structure of the generated email/application outputs.
